NALF SCHOLARSHIP
Deadline is may 1

What does your Leavitt heritage mean to you?
The ANNUAL scholarship deadline is May 1st (postmark). Thanks to all who submit their essays - we hope to have a great response.  Updated Oct 2022.
OPEN to high school seniors who have a NALF-member relative.

  SCHOLARSHIP INSTRUCTIONS  here

 2023  SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION  here
The National Association of Leavitt Families currently awards two scholarships to college-bound high school Leavitt descendants. The amount of each 2009 scholarship was $500.   In 2010 we increased that to two $1,000 Scholarships, thanks to increasing donations to the program.

Essays are submitted regarding the student’s future plans and the meaning of their Leavitt heritage.

Winners are announced at the annual meeting and reunion.  The  winning essays are printed in the Newsletter each year following the awards.

Thank you to all participants in 2022. Winners were announced at the Reunion and in the August Leavitt Leaves.

Past Scholarship Winners

CONGRATULATIONS to all of our Scholarship winners since 1996.  And thank you to all the donors who have made them possible.  Please keep in touch.
DONATIONS APPRECIATED TO OUR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. Funds are kept separate and reserved for only scholarships. We are a 501c7 Federal non-profit. We occasionally receive really large donations and bequests. Please note that Paypal charges us a 3% processing fee, so checks are better.  Thank you!
